Official Rules:
| 1. Any woman in the WESB / The Hero listening area who is getting married this year is eligible, except where she, her prospective husband, or members of their immediate families, are employees of Wedding Belles sponsors or their advertising agencies. In such case, contestant is eligible to participate at all other sponsor locations, but is ineligible at her own place of employment. Employees of WESB / The Hero and their families are ineligible. |

| 2. The dates of the promotion are February 27, 2008 - June 1, 2008. Any qualifying purchase during this period is valid |

| 3. This is a contest of point accumulation. Points are earned at the scale of one point to a dollar, or fraction of a dollar. For example -- with a purchase of $4.25, the designated bride receives 4.25 points. Every RETAIL purchase at participating sponsors during the promotion can earn points if the ballot is properly filled out at the time of purchase. Maximum points allowed for any purchase is 1000. |

| 4. At the time of purchase, the clerk records the amount of the sale on an official ballot. The customer fills in the name of the bride-to-be who is to receive the points, then signs the ballot. The ballot is then deposited in the official ballot box. Every customer must be given the opportunity to vote at the time of sale. If the customer does not wish to vote, no ballot can be cast. Only the customer is permitted to designate to whom the points will be credited. |

| 5. Ballots will be collected periodically by WESB / The Hero -- and a list of the ten leading contestants, in alphabetical order, will be posted at contest sponsors. No information about point standing will be made available. |

| 6. The Grand Prize of $1,000 will be paid to the woman who accumulates the greatest number of points during the contest. In the event of a tie for first place, the money will be divided equally among all contestants tied for first place. |

| 7. A number of other prizes will be awarded based on the number of points accumulated. Ties will be broken by random drawing. |

| 8. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, June 4, 2008. Winners will be responsible for picking up prize at the WESB / The Hero office, 1490 St. Francis Drive, Bradford. |

| 9. The decision of the judges will be final. Any questions concerning these rules or their interpretation will be decided by the management of Radio Station WESB / The Hero. |

| 10. You MUST have your picture taken for the Wedding Belles display at contest sponsors. Your picture will be taken FREE by an area photographer. A photo area will be available at the Wedding Belles reception for your convenience. |
